Shipping and Handling
Due to the weight of many furniture items, freight shipping is necessary. (UPS is not available). Please call 310.392.1633 for an exact shipping estimate. Feel free to place your order over the phone with one of our Floral Art Home sales specialists. Or, you may proceed with your order online. However, please note that your credit card will be charged for the approximate shipping estimate which could be higher or lower depending on destination and final weight. The order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. Following receipt of your order a FAH sales specialists will contact you with the exact shipping rate and adjustment your payment to reflect the actual shipping prices. Furniture will arrive to the front door of your home or office packed safely and securely on a pallet. You will need to arrange for someone to be home at the time of delivery, otherwise the delivery will be left at ownerâ€™s risk, unless otherwise specified.
Lead time is 6-8 weeks. Custom orders may take up to 12 weeks.
All non-furniture products will be shipped via UPS. Your shipping rate will be calculated at the time of check-out and your credit card will be charged. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, if item is available. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days of the order date.
For all orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing the same day. If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 12 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day. For orders with overnight shipping, your order will ship the same day as it is processed.
Merchandise & Availability
All Floral Art Home products are custom made to order and are available for delivery within 6-8 weeks of your order date. If an item is not available or if it will take longer than 6-8 weeks, we will notify you to confirm your purchase. Custom designs will be available within 8-12 weeks, pending clientâ€™s approval.
At Floral Art, we use only the freshest flowers available each season. Because of this, we may have to substitute a flower or color that you see here with another. Rest assured, our designers are the best and will ensure that the style, look and colors of your arrangement are maintained with items of equal or higher value. If we feel that substitutions will affect the overall aesthetic of the design you selected from an image on our website, we will call you and let you know before the order is completed.
All floral arrangements are for delivery within the greater Los Angeles area only. You must log-in to your account to proceed through to check-out.
Floral arrangements for same day delivery must be ordered by 12pm Pacific Time.Â Floral arrangements for weekend delivery must be ordered by Friday at 3pm Pacific Time.Â Minimum for delivery is $75.00 plus tax and delivery charge.Â For any special requests, please call 310.392.1633 or enter your request in the special instructions section at checkout. Delivery times on weekends and holidays cannot be guaranteed.
If the Recipient is not Home: Please note any special delivery requests in the Special Instructions section in checkout. Otherwise, in the case that the recipient is not at home at the attempted time of delivery, our driver will determine if the arrangement is safe to leave.Â If so, we will call the recipient to let them know where the arrangement has been left. Or, if the arrangement canâ€™t be left, we will call and re-schedule another delivery time that is more convenient.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Residents of the state of California will be charged applicable sales tax.
Returns & Exchanges
All of our furniture is custom made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Floral Art will exchange retail merchandise or apply a store credit with a receipt within 7 days of invoice date. All bath & body product returns must be unused, unopened and in original packaging for credit or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, the claim must be made within 3 days of the receipt of the order in order to be eligible for replacement.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements or fresh flowers.
When a gift is returned, a Floral Art Gift Card will be issued for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from the Floral Art boutique or online store.
Upon delivery, your flowers will be ready to display. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and water daily. Most fresh floral arrangements should last between 4 - 7 days if properly cared for. Seasonal specialty flowers, such as garden roses and dahlias, may last for 3 days.
Provide your orchids with bright light, but avoid direct sunlight. At night, the orchids should be exposed to a temperature of 60-62 degrees. Daytime temperatures should be between 70-80 degrees. Orchids need proper humidity (60-70%) and air ventilation so it is recommended to open windows to allow the circulation of fresh air. Â
To water your orchid: always water early in the morning so your orchids have time to dry out. Proper watering depends on the climatic conditions of where you live. In general water once a week (10 days or so), and pour the water directly at the base of the stem, typically about a quarter cube, or about the amount of an ice cube.
Lacquer and high gloss paint finishes are delicate and can easily chip so handle with care. To clean and remove surface scratches, use a damp soft cloth. For specific scratch removing techniques, please call us at 310.392.1633.Â
Acrylic can scratch, but most surface scratches can be removed with Scratch & Flash, which we sell here.Â The images within each design are photographic and although they have been coated with a UV filter for protection, we do not recommend placing them in direct sunlight.
Custom Furniture Orders
We are happy to accommodate custom selections for your furniture. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable and could take up to 12 weeks before they are ready to ship. All custom upholstery and finish colors are at the discretion of the client and as much as we can advise and help with your aesthetic, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction on custom options you select.
Terms and Conditions
When a visitor gives us their email address, or sends us email correspondence, we retain their email address. We do not share our email lists with third parties for marketing purposes. We use email addresses to communicate with you regarding your orders and other matters regarding transactions between us or your customer relationship with us. We may also use your email address to share information about Floral Art products and services that may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving such promotional messages from us at any time. If we do send you a promotional email, you will be given the opportunity to decline receiving similar emails in the future.
We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).
