JENNIFER MCGARIGLE

Jennifer McGarigle graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a degree in Visual Arts. After briefly working in the fashion industry, Jennifer followed her true creative passions to become a floral designer. She worked for leading professionals in the field for several years and in 1993 opened her own design studio, FloralArt.

Recently, Jennifer relocated and expanded Floral Art into a 3500 square foot design studio and boutique located on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California. In addition to cutting-edge floral designs, the store carries accessories that feature a vintage, modern aesthetic that relate to home, entertaining, and the art of giving.

Whether her source of inspiration comes from a pair of 60's stripped pants, a sequin dress or a Mondrian painting, Jennifer creates a unique interpretation of floral design. Her design sensibility, combined with her philosophy that arrangements should reflect and enhance the style of their environment, lend itself to Floral Art's distinct look.

Since Jennifer founded Floral Art, she continues to develop and create New design concepts while maintaining long-term relationships with her clients. Her work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, W Magazine, InStyle, Angelino, The Los Angeles Times, and Daily Candy. She has appeared on television programs including "The Perfect Party" and "Real Weddings" and has designed parties and table top Décor for the "Oprah Winfrey Show". Jennifer’s credits also include numerous celebrity weddings, movie premiere parties, and high-profile events such as the NFL Super Bowl party for the past three years.
